Saving money is probably our main reason for buying meal prep containers in bulk although there are many benefits that accrue once you have stocked up.
For me, time saved pre-packing meals and containers for freezing are the main things. Another benefit of course is having as many as you will need to hand as and when required.
Sunday is a great day for organizing for the rest of the week ahead. Packing carry-away lunches for the family and keep them fresh in the fridge will save me time through the week when I am especially busy.
Doing much of the cooking and pre-packing dinners all in one day is such a time saver. Especially after a busy day and picking up some shopping on the road home it’s great just to sit down to a delicious readymade meal.
