In this post we cover the weed and feed spreader suited to the medium sized garden. We have already covered the pull behind type for larger areas and the hand held for smaller areas. So it will depend on your particular yard size which post would help you best.
Where the hand cranked version will spread material 4 to 5 feet these wheeled versions will give 7 to 8 foot of coverage. They will also be better suited than the pull behind type for areas that have trees and shrubs growing. Hand pushing gives more control and will allow the user to get in closer to add feed etc.
I have added models in my list with various capacities, so choose which fits your needs. Also included is a version that fits onto a garden leaf blower. I have never seen this type used before so I really don’t know how successful it would be.
